Riding the Sitting Trot

Is your sitting trot the picture of grace and fluid movement? Or do you feel more like a fish out of water? The number one most important part of riding a good sitting trot is relax and let your self move with the horse. The sitting trot can actually be a really fun gait to ride when know how to do it correctly, and it is also a great way to practice preparing for the canter if you are a novice rider. In this week’s video, I show you how to ride a sitting trot on a horse with a not so comfortable trot too!
